JMA were really excited to have the opportunity to try our Eyebrowz Brow Powders since powders are our preferred choice of filler for eyebrows but there are so few on the market! Eyebrowz Brow Powders come in 10 fabulous shades from blonde, auburn to black and retail at $4.95. They are long-lasting, smudge-proof powders but can be made even longer-lasting and waterproof by using the white stick (RRP $2.95) first.
Who’s it for
Eyebrow powders can be used by any one at any age to give colour and definition to the eyebrows. They give volume as well as soft, natural colour as the powder sits on the skin which is why many people prefer them to eyebrow crayons and pencils which can appear flat. Even if you have little or no eyebrow hair, these powders can help you achieve a natural looking eyebrow especially if you use a stencil to help you get a desired shape. The fact that they can be made waterproof with the white crayon also makes them ideal for people with hair loss.
The powder is easy to apply with the applicator brush that it comes with and glides on easily. Colour can be built up and looks very soft and natural. The colours are beautiful and can even be mixed together to find you perfect match. We tried the powder with and without the white crayon. Although the powder didn’t budge all day on its own, we were really impressed with the white crayon which does help the powder stay on in water.
We tried the blonde which is quite ashy so perfect for most shades of blonde but if you are a strawberry or honey blonde you may wish to mix it with the light brown (which is quite warm toned) or auburn shade. Brunettes have a choice of 3 different browns so should have no trouble matching their colour.
The powder comes in a small round case which is compact and easy to carry. However, the small brush needed to apply the powder comes separately and could be easy to lose.
A beautiful and affordable product for the eyebrows which can make anyone’s brows look like they belong in the pages of Vogue. We highly recommend this eyebrow powder, which can be purchased along with the white stick, eyebrow pencils and eyebrow stencils from www.eyebrowz.com which also has lots of useful eyebrow shaping tips and advice on which colour to purchase.
