If you are working as a freelance makeup artist you will need public liability insurance. I'm insured with Professional Beauty. I have not had to make a claim yet, but they are good value :)

What about a liabilty waiver form? As a free lance artist, should you have each client sign a waiver form at a shoot so that you cant be held repsonsible for skin irratations and allergies?
Does anyone know where to get one ?
