No matter the season I always seem to have dry, chapped lips. Does anyone know what causes them and how I can prevent them?

There are a lot of reasons as to why our lips become dry, it's very common. Central heating generally makes our skin dry and our lips being more sensitive than our skin become chapped. The temperature change from hot to cold doesn't help.
Winter - horrible for skin and lips.
Summer - horrible for skin and lips.
Really the majority of times we just need to keep applying lip balm lol, make sure you use a lipbalm that contains almond oil / shea butter / coconut butter and definitely make sure Vitamin E is in the lipbalm.
You can normally find that BodyShop have lipbalms with at least one of the ingredients listed above.
Also, make sure you drink plenty of water (I know everyone says that) it really does work, you'll get gorgeous skin and it minimises your chance of your lips getting dry!Hope that helps!
