I want to buy my boyfriend some skincare coz he has really dry, flaky skin. I don't want to offend him and think skin care made especially for men would be best. I don't want to spend too much, any suggestions for brands which work?

My boyfriend uses L'Oreal Men Expert range. They do a hydrating moisturiser and cleanser. Sounds like your bf would benefit from a good exfoliator too. L'Oreal is good value too. Good luck!
